Simple is committed to tailoring marketing solutions to the needs (and budget!) of your business so the process you opt to follow is entirely up to you.  Most business will opt for a process similar to that below:

• Marketing Overview followed up by a

• SWOT/Competitor Analysis and a

• Marketing Activity Plan 

The activity plan will usually include some or all of the other elements including Branding, Marketing Collateral and Web Design. 

Activities can however be carried out independently of each other on an as needed basis - if you need a flier straight away then that is what we can start on.  All activities follow the same process outlined below.  Simple.

 

Step 1 - Consultation

All work will be started with a consultation to ensure the we totally understand your business requirements.  It is this initial consultation that gives you the chance to decide if you want to employ our services or not.  The consultation can be done in person or over the phone depending on what suits your location and availability.  The initial consultation can take up to 2 hours however if we are doing multiple projects for you this time is usually greatly reduced as we already have an understanding of your business.

 

Step 2 - Summary & Pricing

A summary of our understanding of the initial consultation will be sent through to you - in writing.  This is your opportunity to make corrections or additions that you feel are important.   Pricing will also be sent through to you at this stage and will be based on our initial consultation, and we will stick to that price.  If it takes us twice as long as we thought then that is just tough for us.  Agreed pricing means just that - not a floating quote that may change at any moment.  Any areas that are beyond our control will be indicated as estimations such as purchasing stock images and printing costs.   NB Agreed Pricing depends on you not changing the goalposts on us part way through the project.  Should this happen a re-assessment of price will be required.

 

Step 3 - Work Begins

Once you have agreed to the direction and pricing of your project work can commence.  Whether this is a Marketing Overview or Website Design, this is a fully consultative process - working with you at all stages to ensure you are happy with the product.  Having an outside pair of eyes looking at your business from a customers perspective can make all the difference.
